CatchDrip – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with CatchDrip. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is not a part of our non-returnable items list (see below).

If the item fails these checks, we may decline the return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear
  • Socks
  • Accessories (caps, jewelry, etc.)
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

a. Initiating a Return

To begin your return, email us at support@catchdrip.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

b. Pickup / Drop-off

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address if available.
  • If pickup is unavailable at your pincode, you may need to self-ship to the address provided by our support team.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

a. Refund Mode

Refunds will be issued as:

  • Store Credit (processed fastest)
  • Original Payment Method (5–7 business days after approval)

b. Deductions

  • Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If a reverse pickup fee applies, it may be deducted from the refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability.

Exchange conditions:

  • Item must meet all return eligibility criteria.
  • Only same product, different size or color (if available).

If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos for verification.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.

8. Self-Shipping Rules

If you self-ship a return:

  • Use a reliable courier service.
  • Share the tracking ID with us.
  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed only for defective/wrong items.
